Non greasy chemical anchor fix

Hi.

I am currently repairing cracks in exterior sandstone window sills.

I used Fischer FIP 300 SF Styrene Free Resin to hold the helifix bars in place after chasing the slots but days later the resin has a greasy feel which the 2 pack filler doesn't want to stick to.

Can anyone recommend a similarly priced resin that doesn't remain greasy.
