Not heating in upstairs rads

Help,

I replaced a radiator including TRV so I had to drain to fit, when I replaced I have no water in the first floor rads but the groundfloor are full, when the heating is switched on I now have no hot water or heating do I have an air lock, if so what do I do

Is this a new problem or related to the previous issue with the hot water? Could really do with as much info on your system as possible, if you can put pics up even better.

Depends on type of system as to what the problem may be. Make/model of boiler, cylinder etc can tell us a great deal. May be simply a lack of water in the system, but we need to ascertain why that is.
