OAP Triathlon-ing

69 and 5 months lol.
Update: daughter had a stress fracture few weeks ago and can't run, so we switched to a relay. She did the bike and I did the swim and the run. We came 7 out of 8 relay teams with a time of 1 hr 40. Me-17:23 (750) swim, and run 36:36 (5k) run. She abso crushed the 20k bike at 41 mins! Feeling good about it

Not bad considering only three wheels on yer wagon - keep on a-rollin' on. 
Just sneaked under 32 mins for 5k. Not too shabby for 70 in early October. Knackered now!
That's a great time at 70.
Update...
Came 3rd in the old codgers' section of my local triathlon today, nine mins faster than my best hope for the race; and 87th out of 180 finishers.
Life in the old dog yet. (Had to go to bed for 3 hours- am wrecked.)
