dhw good and hot when ch on but only warmish when not. Have checked diverter valve and that's ok, only replaced diaphragm a year or so ago, any ideas please?

have ya tried running the hot water and feeling the ch pipes under the boiler? could be ya diverter passing
yes the ch flow starts getting hot v quickly.
ya need a seal kit for the diverter and possibly a bit of solder on the fulcrum arm.. not too bad of a job, ya gonna hav a go at it?
