When did the installation of a new oil boiler become notifiable under Building Regs? Was it 2007 (same time I believe as condensing oil boilers became compulsory) or was it prior to that?

Before 07, Think it was April 02. However it wasn't done through OFTEC notification (you just gave CD10's & 11's to the customer) until 05 and now there are other self cert schemes.
