Oil or water?

Thanks for all the help and advice dec.

I'll hopefully crack on with the under coat over the weekend. As you say, a good idea to practice on another piece of wood first.

Hopefully with the right kit and a bit of practice I should get a half decent result. I'll let you know how I get on. :)

Well practice makes perfect so they say, if you run into problems don't hesitate to ask for more advice.

Good luck with those cabinets

We're done! In the end I used an acrylic undercoat too. The topcoat has a really good finish, well i think it's really good :D

Learnt a lot from doing this job, not least that it makes a massive difference to have half decent brush :D

Thanks for all the advice
