old imperial 3/4 stopcock

Need to turn the water off but street valve is not moving and the stopcock is not closing. Lovely job in Thames water area, so we are looking at 3 to 6 months before they fix their valve. If ever.

Access is not fantastic and to complete things, the pipe is very corroded ¾.
Am in dire need of a stopcock or gatevalve or anything that will fit on a ¾ pipe without any solder or requiring a lot of work in terms of cleaning the pipe to make it work.
Either a merchant in south London that sells these, or a brand/model that I can order.

steve, will try plumbcentre for you never know, but the 3 that are in reach are particularly plumbcentre if you know what i mean.

wdik, only know these to work on lead pipe, will they hold on "rusty" copper?

should have mentioned, at first sight you think you are looking at old steel pipe; it really is in a state.
