Old leaking corrugated roof

My friend has a leaky garage roof, its is made from a solid corrugated material, the roof has had various repairs over the years, we have used roofing seal on areas we suspected that were causing the leaks, but after some heavy rain the leak started again.

Is there a way of covering the whole roof with a weather proof, that would stick down and follow the corrugation?
