Old lock shield valve

Can anybody help me solve this one. Valve is on 22mm pipework. 3/4 connection to rad I believe. It’s leaking from the highlighted stem. Does anybody recognise the valve so I can buy like for like and don’t have to get somebody to alter the pipework?

Failing that- I know this would be a bodge but would some sika on and around the stem plug the leak. Can keep the valve open.

Remove the brass top ,get some ptfe tape make it into a string ,wrap around the shaft and reffit the cap

Have you tried just tightening the nut?

Yes. Still leaking. Looks like somebody has been a bit rough with the stem in the past.
