(Old) New Team SHower with 100mm centres

Hi Gang, a friend of mine wants his shower changing. Its a New Team model, thats over 10 years old. The pipe centres are 100mm. The smallest adjusters I can find are 110mm. He has a Mira bar mixer shower he's bought to replace it with. Are there any adjusters out there that would keep the cost down for him. Or is it a case of tiles off and re-do the pipework?
