Hi,
This is just a quick question really as we had a plumber out but I wanted to know if what he is saying is correct or if he was just fobbing us off.
we have hot water so all of that is working fine however we only have one radiator working the rest are stone cold. He immediatly said it was a frozen pipe somewhere on the line and there is nothing he could do about it until it thaws at which point he would come back and put antifreeze in the system.
Seems a bit odd to go left without heating until waiting for a thaw the strange thing was is that the system was working fine the other morning heat out of all the radiators and then in the afternoon only one?
Any advice would be great if hes telling Porkies he come straight out again or ill get someone else.
