Hi
I've read the useful thread on this but it's now locked. I have one of these earlier type with the blue tank. It has stopped producing mist. On inspection there is a small 'mound' of water above the transducer throwing the odd droplet upwards but no mist. I've cleaned the disc. It looks ok.

Can I just buy the maplin transducer disc at £4 and fit that into the black rubber washer screwed in the underside of the tank? There are a couple of soldering connections but that's not a problem to re-do.

Thanks.
