Would like to install Select-a-light low voltage lighting outside with all the appropriate transformers etc.

I had two armoured cables installed in the garden when we built our conservatory ( one for outside sockets and the other for a light circuit controlled from a switch in the conservatory)

I know that I can connect these lights to the mains cable but can I connect them to the lighting cable that is a different size?
 
Could you be more specific about the actual cable sizes and what size fuse/MCB they are connected to?

How many lights are you planning on having and what rating are they?
