I am going through exactly the same process as you, but my appliances are slightly lower rating than yours. Check out "maximum Power Rating" on the general forum to see whats been said, also search "hob and cooker" and you will see plenty.

I am no expert but I do know that you will need 10mm2 Cable for your radial circuit on a 45amp MCB (6mm2 only goes up to about 9kW or 40amp)

If you get a solution, let me know, there has been loads of questions about this but no definitive answer. I think I'm going spur two cables from my cooker control unit, one to a cooker conection unit for the hob and one to a fused connection unit for the cooker, as the manual says it needs 13amp fuse protection and the cable is 1.0mm2 ( yours is rated higher so 13amp wont be good enough for you)
