Over Bath Electric Shower

Hi all Im about to plumb in a shower, I want to use plastic pipe for the install can anyone advise what fitting i should use to tap into the 15mm cold supply?

Could use a push fit tee, but I prefer a compression one in case the old pipework is distorted in any way.

So I assume I can join Hep 2o to a compression tee ok ?
