We've got to replace one radiator in particular and eventually some others

These radiators have the water access points and the blank and bleed screw holes threaded into the top and bottom of the body of the rad panel.

Because these existing rads fit close to the wall and just protrude slightly from under window boards we rather like them and can't find anything similar.

And oh - before anyone says just bin them and stick in modern with convector fins cos they are more efficient - - - we know - and don't mind the reduced efficiency to maintain the look we want!

We've found Stelrad Elite P1's but they still stick out further than the one's we have due to the thread pieces being attached to the back of the panel - so does anyone know of a manufacturer that makes P1 rads which have the entrance holes in the ends of the body of the panel - - or a make which fits snugger to the wall ?

Many thanks.

You wont get rad like yours anymore all single rads are like the stelrads you have seen but a lot of how far they stick out depends on size of the brackets .

Plumcentre own brand have quite a small depth of bracket and do sit tight to the wall

Thanks for responses - looks like we won't get exactly what we want - but will have a look at both at our local Plumbcentre branch.

gas112 - is there a brand name for the Plumbcentre's rad's that I should ask for or are they just branded Plumbcentre ?
