Right I have just brought my first house, we have renovated the whole house and have just finished decorating the rooms.. The problem we have in two of the rooms, is the paint bobbling. It looks dreadful, I have tried to sand the the bobbles down with very fine sand paper, but this has obviously made the walls look all patchy.
What would be the best solution for this?
