Paint bubbles immediately after painting

123 would help, or BIN, but only after you've scraped them off. Depending on your finish colour it would also be advisable to spot the colour on any primer before a full coat just to minimise the primer itself showing through.
Peel stop is also good, especially after popping and sanding as it will help stop any loose paint spreading further

I'll probably scrape, prime, do one more coat of white then do the top colour. Good job I bought 10 litres of the white paint.

Is it stupid to prime whole wall? I don't mind spending the money, and I'd rather not have to spot prime again after doing another coat...
