Last year we had a wall built along the side of the house - it has cement render
I put a washy coat of pilolite paint on followed by a a full coat
We are having the drive done now so it looks a mess anyway but the paint is also comming off
Wouldnt say its peeling off but just coming off
Its a retaining wall so its definitely damp - just wondering what I should be putting on it really
