Hi Guys, I’m being asked to apply a coat (or two) of an exterior paint to the front of a house where new windows are being fitted.
The existing finish is a one coat render finish (Webber Pral) has not been previously painted.
Best recommendation on which is best masonry paint to use and any issues to look out for.

Thanks

Thanks both, the render was applied 20 years ago, unfortunately I have no idea which monocouche was used.

I'd phone the technical helpline or read the data sheet online.
I've had a quick look and can't see anything about painting but I know there are specific paints for silicone which can be used over most renders including cement
