Painting floor tiles

Hi
can some one recommend a good paint for my porch floor tiles? I have tried international floor paint as I was told this was tough hardwearing paint, but it flaked after a couple of weeks? Have used it 3 times!!!

Are the floor tiles porous or semi-proous or non-porous ?

sorry I have no idea if they are porous , semi or non.
I hadn't realised they could be so different. A tile is just a porch floor tile about 6x6 to me. They do seem dull once the paint comes off.

Scrape paint off.

Then coat floor with Zamix Coverseal (dont apply loads).

Then overcoat with your international floor paint.
