I have been advised (by the manufacturer) that the best way to paint an MDF radiator cabinet grill is to spray paint it.. As the main body will be painted in white gloss, can you give me tips on what aerosol I should purchase to get a good match & finish.

You may be able to use something like this. Check with the supplier first, that it is suitable for your chosen paint, and don't be surprised if you have to thin it before use.

You may then use the same paint in the spray, as the stuff you hand paint on the rest of it. Come to that, if it works OK. you may decide to spray the whole lot anyway.

I understand you can get MDF sealer before painting, please don't ask me what for :)

See this.

Clear finish primer that allows MDF to be stained as well as painted
Stained :?: Does that bring out the natural beauty of the MDF then?
