Last summer I painted our wooden bay windows with Sikkens Rubbol Primer Plus. Unfortunately, I never managed to finish the job. My query is - what should I do to prepare the surface for Rubbol Satura Plus top coats? Do I need a second coat of primer? If I wash the primer with sugar soap will that provide enough of a key? Or do I need to sand the primer?
