Hi...I have a tiled fireplace which I have recently painted using V33 tile paint. The finish is great however the colour isn't. I have looked around and cannot find a colour of tile paint that I like. Can I use an ordinary matt paint over the top of the tile paint?? Thanks

As V33 is water based it should be ok, not a fan of painted tiles myself, done a communal hallway which had wall tiles that they wanted painted, meth cleaned, primed with Zinsser bullseye 123, and top coated twice with vinyl matt, has lasted and stood up to wear and tear quite well surprisingly.
