I am looking for some advice in preping and painting part of my window.
I have uploading a pic of its current condition.

The window frames need a good scrub. However underneath the window there is some concrete (white). The paint has cracked and the surface is uneven.

I would like to repaint this section white. Is there a guide available on how to tackle this job?
