Hi, we had our house rendered last week (8days ago) with Parex one coat. The south and east sides of the house seem to have dried lovely and are a nice even colour (white). On the north side you can faintly see the shape of the blockwork. The render over the blocks seems to have dried more than where the mortar joints were. Is this usual? Has the render been applied too thinly? I appreciate that it doesn't get any sun and that it is November.. Just wondered what the usual curing times were before I ring the renderers and complain.
Thanks in advance Flirtygirty

was it primed first if so what with??
As for joints showing yer the render still mite be green damp needs more time to dry.
or its to thin meaning each time it rains your see all the joints sorry
