Just some general advice if possible
Need an outside north facing gable wall ( about 18-20 m2 ) rendered. It a double brick wall with no cavity
Going to get some quotes for parex, job will include hacking off a patchy thin sand/cement render ( very thin, patchy, can see a lot of bricks ) any scaffold ( normal 2 storey house with pitched roof ) all materials and labour
I live in north east regards geography.
Just a general costing I should be looking for
