We're currently gutting out our house and my builder has agreed to hack off the existing pebble dash. What forms of render do some of you experts recommend to render over the existing block brick work? KRender, monocouche, or sand and cement?
Are there any advantages of one over the other or disadvantages? Can a regular builder who has sand and cement rendered a wall before, do K render or monocouche? What is the per meter cost of each?
