Just at the phase of external rendering

Originally I was told to go with a Webber monocuche but because it was a north facing garden , the building would change colour quite quickly. Also have been told that it's not suitable for northern weather.

Then there is a white sand and cement render , teraglyne or a nap finish.

The render is going onto a fire cement board on the upstairs of the extension and onto standard brick downstairs..

This part of the build I'm really confused.

Any suggestions would be appreciated..
