Part E, soundproofing between two floors

I have read the part E building regs and have found a few systems on offer that conform to part E sound proofing the floor between a shop and flat above. The one I was looking at is the "GTEC ACOUSTIC FLOOR" It is very expensive and looks quite complicated. Can anyone recommend any other systems that are acceptable and do a fair job please.
If there is a system that will also cover fireproofing that can all be done from above floor rather than the below ceiling it would save me a lot of hassle.

I have used various systems from there in the past for normal and conversion projects. The majority of systems usually provide the required sound and fire resistance.

I would recommend H&H Soundfloor. I've used it a lot and it's not too expensive, (none of them are cheap) easy to fit and very effective.
