Partially Warm Radiator

Hi,

One of the radiators in a lower floor room is running partially warm - top half is warm and lower half is cold. Bled the radiator and the problem still subsists. Following the pipe work it appears that the piping to the problem radiator has been picked up from a small radiator located in a cloakroom. This radiator like all other radiators in the property heats up as expected. Given this I am assuming the the blockage is in the new pipe work. Any thoughts on what I could try to resolve

Try balancing rads and make sure valves are fully open.
