Passing cabes through a tiled roof

I'd like to route some coax cables from the loft out through the roof near to the chimney stack.

Is anybody aware of any suitable products which would replace a roof tile and provide an exit point?

Yup, as long as it's not a plain tile a Klober Solar outlet & sealing collar would be a good option

The other option would be a mushroom style vent tile that you can thread the cable through
