We've had a leaky downpipe that has caused this damage to our inside wall.

I'm not sure how best to fix it.

Obviously I need to scrape out all the loose material. I was thinking I should build it up with 'easifill', but that causes so much dust when rubbing down.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

I've seen some one coat plaster stuff by gyprock I think, and that'll fill and smooth in one go - pick up a cheap plasterers trowel, and have a go.
