Patio Doors , the bottom fills with water

I had a new patio door fitted, which goes on to a upstairs deck, the style of window has not got sloping edge at bottom but flat with ridges, with water sits and then falls into the channel , the company have been back three times and taken it out , but always send different fitters, they have drilled more drain holes so the water drains out, but it still fills up then drains down and I have holes in ceiling downstairs bedroom. Now the seal has gone on one window and it is steaming up. these people are not going to fix it.
Have I got the wrong style of patio door? I have other doors but the water runs off them , this one the step is flat with plastic ridges, then goes inot the channel where the doors run along.
i cannot afford, new doors, any suggestions?
i lost my hubby recentlyand i am not a DIY person!
