PB Walls or Ceilings first

I'm over boarding the ceiling by screwing through the existing ceiling and in the joists and using dot and dab to stick the boards to the walls.

Which ones would you do first or doesn't it matter?

Whether boarding or plastering, it's always ceilings first then the walls.
