Always wondered with this line of defence doesn't work when they ask for proof of who was driving a vehicle for the purposes of prosecution, i.e. for a speeding ticket.
Wouldn't it be a reasonable defence to say that you parked up your vehicle outside your house, and you cannot account for the fact it accrued 100 speeding tickets that night, as when you awoke it was parked in the same place you left it?
The onus is on a court to prove guilt, not for the defendant to prove innocence. Otherwise we are all guilty before being proved innocent.
In addition, the DVLA are not a court, they cannot do either, and so can go fuk themselves.

Yea, never been on one of those. If you can avoid the points it's probably worth the half day misery. My mate recently got flashed driving us both home recently, so he's waiting for the letter.

Got a letter from DVLA telling me I was being fined for not sorning my M/c . They said the fine could be waved if you had an extra ordinary reason

It follows the usual format for these sort of things.
From memory, they go round getting everybody to introduce themselves. There wil, be 2 people doing the class, taking it in turns.
There is a short film, point out the hazards, group discuss. Break for coffee, fill in a form......
Im sure they will say that all speed cameras are located in black spots and not in locations for greatest revenue........
