PIR light comes on at dusk but dim then brightens on motion

My title asks the question.
I have seen PIR lights that come on at dusk at a low light level, then on movement go to full brightness.
I have done some goooogles but cant come up with them.
Please any links welcome.

They are called 'Hi-Lo PIR' lights.

It's called a courtesy feature.

There will be a separate adjustment on the PIR so you can adjust the level of the dimmed mode.
