Rue Saint-Pierre, Caen, Normandy, France - In remarkable condition considering the surrounding mayhem - guessing, indirect blasts just blow through them.

Very poignant, however the end of WW2 didn't begin with D day it had already begun with the Nazi retreat from Russia.
