I am sure that these questions have been asked before but as a newbie please forgive me. I want to brick up an external door and replace it with a 600mm round window, I also intend to remove the up and over garage door to an attached garage and turn it into a workshop by bricking up most of the existing doorway and replacing it with a single external door. Do I need Planning Permission/Building Regs to complete this work? I was going to use blockwork and then render over afterwards.
