Plaster (black) remedial works

Hi all,

Been busy stripping wall paper and wood chip the last few days. It has come off pretty well but there are some areas where the plaster skim has come off the black render or skim (not sure what is it)?

I have removed any plaster that was coming away and the rest looks sound.

Can anyone please advise what should I do moving forward? Patch the areas where the plaster has come away, prepare and then get a plasterer to re-skim all walls 3mm?

If so what should I patch using and what is the best method to prepare?
