plaster on upvc windows

I recently had my wall skimmed and the upvc windows have some plaster on the edges of them,ive tried to use a scraper but it does no good,any ideas on what i can use without damaging the painted walls?

A plastic scouring pad with a bit of detergent on it will suffice.
