Plastic pipes in wall.

Hi all,

I am currently installing plastic 15mm pipe in the walls for my central heating. It will be clipped to the wall, i would like to know what is the best way to protect/cover the pipes.

Is it better to use plastic clip trunking or just put normal pipe insulation around the pipes and plaster over the top?

You could just use a larger plastic pipe (22mm).

The main pipe runs are 22mm just 15mm to the rads.

The pipe manufacturers usually make a sleeve for that purpose.
