Hello I’m a newbie here and am about to start refreshing the walls and woodwork in our new 1930’s home. We have inherited this awful textured wall and ceiling covering and I would like to ask for help whether this is wallpaper or something else (textured paint?!) and how best to obtain a lovely smooth wall and ceiling and if this is possible without re plastering?? Thanks in advance!
