PLEASE HELP - Water in the coldwater tank HOT!!!

WTF is wrong with this frigging forum ........is it my computer or what .............the posts dissapear and I`m stuck on wednesday`s topics :evil:
 
To the OP: you say that the CSS isn't overflowing, but how far below the overflow is the water level, and long have you left it without running off any water?
