plinth heater

hi all, just a quickie.... my brother just brought round a plinth heater which he had stashed in his shed...is a plug with 13 amp fuse suitable to connect....sure its anything upto 3kw before hard wire.....heater works between 2200 - 2400 w

it's the "stashed in his shed" bit that concerns me..

but yeah stick a plug on it..
