Wondering if I should call a plumber or drain specialist like drain doctor or the like?

Where the waste pipe from the washing machine goes into the drainage pipe under our sink keeps overflowing. It’s been going on for a while but it’s getting worse and overflowing while using the washing machine. Is it likely to be as blockage in the drain outside or somewhere in the pipe under the sink?

If you are saying your sink drainage goes into a drain under the sink (100 mm drain pipe with sink 40 mm pipe dropping into it ) then Dynorod type company as it sounds like blockage in main drainage run ( fat /grease build up) not cheap but their speciality.
