got a leeking boiler in basement but cant find the stop cock coz when i turn water on turd comes outa the taps any ideas

think its an ariston euro but i sent two guys down their the other day and they didnt find the leak neither as the water just kept gettin deeper and deeper. nothing wrong wit boiler.
was kiddin about floods and they guys training to be chinese cockle pickers

dont need to afford me craig, now having to drive bloody trucks at night again for a living, tried booking energy course and combi boiler servicing repair courses but cant book until portfollio is complete. 5 or 6 jobs to go, nudge nudge wink wink, can chat about outa forum.
