QUICK QUESTION TO START

WOULD THERE BE ANY PROBLEM FITTING A SINK & SHOWER WASTE TO A VERTICAL SOIL PIPE ABOVE THE LEVEL OF THE HORIZONAL SOIL PIPE FROM A TOILET MOST i've SEEN FIT BELOW THE "T" WHY IS THIS

No problem with connecting above a WC. Normally the other way round since showers are at floor level and toilets are 6-8 inches above.
