hi just joined so if some one can help pleases.i have aglowworm beteacom 30c boiler.just been installed all ok for about 2 weeks now will not stay on keeps going to lock out with flames/gas failure light on. any help pleases joe1234 i install the boiler myself the system pressure is ok

Call the installers don't do anything to invalidate your warranty if no joy with the installer call glow worm.
Did you check that the pressure was up enough or didnt they show you how to do that bit?
In this case you may find you have no vaild warranty. Should have had it done by a professional
You should not have installed it yourself either, get a pro to verify that all is safe.
