Hello, I've see some beautiful floors made with plywood sheets cut into planks or squares and would like to do something similar in a brand new conservatory. It has a concrete base, so am thinking of putting down a liquid DPM to seal it. Does anyone know a good way of securing the 'planks'? Is there an adhesive I could buy?

And can I stick the planks down without a tongue and groove? That's how floorboards are made after all.

After getting the boards down they will be sanded flat and varnished. I have laid tongue and groove solid flooring before, but nothing like this so any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Gavin
